CRM and Partnership Operations Officer/ Senior Officer

Main Job Purpose:

The Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising Team is responsible for leading the cultivation and stewardship of the Queen Rania Foundation’s supporters and partners. We also manage a select number of supporters and partners who give across QRF’s eight affiliated charities. We aim to build long-term strategic partnerships and raise funds for QRF through philanthropic support, corporate sponsorship, institutional funding, and research grants from individuals, corporations, foundations, and institutional partners locally, regionally, and internationally.

QRF is seeking a capable CRM and Partnership Operations Officer/ Senior Officer who will support the Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising team’s key prospect management processes. Central to this role will be managing our newly developed CRM system (Salesforce). You will work closely with relationship managers and other teams across QRF, such as Finance, to ensure our donation management, agreement confirmation, and reporting are carried out efficiently.  

The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRMs, preferably Salesforce. You will enjoy improving and maintaining processes, working collaboratively within your team and across an organization.  Experience in a non-profit or fundraising role would be welcome but not essential. However, demonstrating a good understanding of the needs of a partnership team in a non-profit setting will be essential.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the setting of the department’s annual OKRs and link them with personal deliverables
  • Contribute to the setting of the department’s operational Policies & Processes and ensure proper implementation of the same
  • Prepare reports and documents as required by the direct manager
  • Commit to the implementation of the personal learning and development plan agreed upon with the direct manager

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Manage SPF’s CRM (Salesforce), which includes:
  1. Supporting colleagues in its proper use and carrying out training where needed
  2. Ensuring prospect and supporter information is accurately maintained
  3. Monitoring regular reports to ensure they function properly
  4. Updating and sharing guidance documents as needed
  5. Identifying any future system redevelopments required for Salesforce to better meet QRF’s needs
  • Develop, maintain and improve prospect management processes relating to donation acceptance and agreement confirmation.
  • Proactively identify new systems or processes to support the team better meet its objectives.
  • Support the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports on prospects, supporters, and donations
  • Ensure files and information are systemically filed
  • Undertake additional duties and activities as the Strategic Partnership and Fundraising team might require

Job Qualifications:

  • Educated to a degree level 
  • 3 years of experience in a related field 
  • Fluency in Arabic (writing, speaking) 
  • Proficiency in English (writing, speaking)
